I have a medical condition. Can I buy Journeywise travel insurance?

When do I need an E111?
If you are travelling within the European Union, you should secure
a form E111 from your local post office to ensure free reciprocal
treatment between the NHS and other national health services.
If you need treatment, you should present this at the time of treatment
as it may save you paying the £35 policy excess from any claim under
Section A (Medical and Other Expenses).

When do I register under the Medicare
scheme?
If you are travelling in Australia and need medical assistance,
you should enroll in the Medicare scheme to ensure free reciprocal
treatment between the NHS and local health services To be eligible
to enroll you must be a United Kingdom resident and will need to
show your passport with an appropriate Visa, and acceptable identification
(for example with Journeywise travel insurance, your medical emergencies
will be covered in Australia and New Zealand, but if you seek treatment
without enrolling in Medicare, we may ask you to pay a policy excess).
